Early Registration Rates are available until Feb. 19. These rates are $850 for members and $1,050 for non-members. After Feb. 19, rates go up to $900 for members and $1,100 for non-members. To Register by Fax, click HERE.
All discounts must be applied at the time of registration. Discounts cannot be applied after the fact, so please plan ahead and have the codes when you are registering.
- TEI's "TEAM" discount: If you are the 3rd registrant (or more) from your organization registering for TEI's 2016 Midyear Conference, you can save $200 per registration. Enter "TEAM16" into the Discount Code box during your registration process. This discount may not be combined with the First-Time Registrant Discount.
- TEI's "First-Time Registrant" discount: If you are a TEI member and this is your first TEI Midyear or Annual Conference you are entitled to a one-time discount of $200. During the registration process, select "First-Timer - TEI Members Only" as your registrant type and you will be given the discounted rate. This discount may not be combined with the "TEAM" Discount, but it may count as one of the two registrations your team needs to earn the discount.

TEI has secured a discounted sleeping room block for conference registrants, speakers and vendors at the Grand Hyatt Washington, D.C. Hotel. TEI's discounted sleeping rooms are available by clicking our special RESERVATIONS weblink. Our discounted sleeping room rate is $359 per night (plus tax).
Please make your reservations prior to February 18, 2016. Our room block is limited and will likely sell out prior to February 18, so do not delay in making your reservations. If our block sells out or after February 18, rooms will be sold at prevailing rates.

Handouts & Announcements
Once registered you will be added to the "2016 66th Midyear Conference" group on connect.tei.org. You will need your email address and TEI password to log on (click "forgot my password" to set up password). Once you go into the Midyear Conference page, any new announcements or updates will be located under the "Announcements" tab and once the handouts are posted they will be located under the "Resources" tab.
All cancellations must be made in writing by 4 pm ET on February 22, 2016, and will be subject to an administrative service charge of $75 (U.S.). Please email your cancellation request to email@example.com. For cancellations after February 22, 2016 (the date handout materials become available), and before February 29, 2016, the charge will be $200 (U.S.). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 29, 2016, and for no-shows. Refunds of credit card registrations, less administrative charge, will be made to the credit card account. TEI’s Federal Taxpayer ID Number is 52-0239291.
