Early Registration Rates are available until Feb. 19. These rates are $850 for members and $1,050 for non-members. After Feb. 19, rates go up to $900 for members and $1,100 for non-members. This conference is open to members of TEI and other in-house tax professionals (Individuals engaged in private law, accounting, or other consulting practice, as well as government employees, are ineligible to attend.).
All discounts must be applied at the time of registration. Discounts cannot be applied after the fact, so please plan ahead and have the codes when you are registering. You may choose between one or the other of the below discounts.
- TEI's "TEAM" discount: If you are the 3rd registrant (or more) from your organization registering for TEI's 2017 Midyear Conference, you can save $200 per registration. Enter "TEAM17" into the Discount Code box during your registration process. This discount may not be combined with the First-Time Registrant Discount.
- TEI's "First-Time Registrant" discount: If you are a TEI member and this is your first TEI Midyear or Annual Conference you are entitled to a one-time discount of $200. During the registration process, select "First-Timer - TEI Members Only" as your registrant type and you will be given the discounted rate. This discount may not be combined with the "TEAM" Discount, but it may count as one of the two registrations your team needs to earn the discount.
The 3-day conference provides approximately 21.0 credits on a 50-minute hour basis, 17.5 credits on a 60-minute hour basis. There are no prerequisites nor is any preparation necessary. Conference hours and technical topics are subject to change.

Please make your reservations prior to February 18, 2017. Our room block is limited and will likely sell out prior to February 18, so do not delay in making your reservations. If our block sells out or after February 18, rooms will be sold at prevailing rates.

Handouts & Announcements
Once registered you will be added to the "2017 67th Midyear Conference" group on connect.tei.org. You will need your email address and TEI password to log on (click "forgot my password" to set up password). Once you go into the Midyear Conference page, any new announcements or updates will be located under the "Announcements" tab and once the handouts are posted they will be located under the "Resources" tab.
All cancellations must be made in writing by 4 pm ET on February 20, 2017, and will be subject to an administrative service charge of $75 (U.S.). Please email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org. For cancellations after February 20, 2017 (the date handout materials become available), and before February 28, 2017, the charge will be $200 (U.S.). No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 28, 2017, and for no-shows.
