On December 10–11, 2019, a delegation of Canadian Income Tax Committee members assembled in Ottawa, Ontario, for TEI’s annual liaison meetings with representatives of the Canada Revenue Agency and Department of Finance. The delegation was led by Kurtis L. Bond, Chair of TEI’s Canadian Income Tax Committee, and accompanied by the Institute’s Senior Vice President, James A. Kennedy, Vice President for Region I (Canada), Josephine L. Scalia, Executive Director, Eli J. Dicker, and Tax Counsel, Watson M. McLeish.
This year’s meetings featured robust agendas covering a range of income tax law, policy, and administration issues of widespread importance to TEI members.
