TEI hosts a number of meetings, conferences, seminar and specialty courses each year to provide in-house tax professionals with opportunities to update their knowledge, network with colleagues, enhance their skills, and learn about the latest tax issues, products, and technologies. Designed by in-house tax professionals for in-house tax professionals, our events are practical, timely, and informative. Each spring, our Midyear Conference is held in Washington, DC, and features a legislative and policy outlook, along with a robust agenda with three tracks of technical content. Our Annual Conference is in the fall and includes a comprehensive agenda, with a special focus on tax department leadership and management. These Conferences provide a solid curriculum and plentiful networking and engagement opportunities for in-house tax professionals. We also offer Seminars throughout the year, providing a deep dive into a specific area of tax. We are well known for our annual Tax Technology Seminar; we’re proud to bring together the brightest minds in tax technology with three days of content and hands-on learning, member-only sessions, and the top consulting and tax technology firms. We also offer Courses and have trained thousands of in-house tax professionals on all aspects of U.S. Federal and International Tax. Offered in-person and through TEI's virtual Simulive format, these courses provide a comprehensive solution for tax professionals starting their careers, changing fields, or simply seeking a refresher in federal or international tax.
Who Can Attend?
TEI events are open to TEI members and other in-house tax professionals. Individuals engaged in private law, accounting, or other consulting practices, as well as government employees, are ineligible.
