Topic Content: Today’s challenges require you to be more thoughtful, more proactive, and more intentional. Add the fact that colleagues seem to approach work so differently, which doesn’t always seem like a plus. Learn about different problem-solving styles and what these differences mean for how you can best lead, manage, and collaborate with all types of colleagues. Learn where you fall on the Adaption-Innovation Continuum and what that means for meetings, solving problems, and leading and managing 360 degrees.
You will also learn best practices for communicating and coaching 360 degrees. Topics include difficult conversations, addressing under-performance and building critical thinking skills based on different problem-solving styles.
Participants learn their problem-solving style by taking the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory prior to the event.
There will be a limited number of attendees allowed, so be sure to register early. The session leader will present real-time virtually and all local attendees will be in person.

Meet Our Presenter:
Anne Collier – Anne is the CEO of Arudia, a training and development firm dedicated to improving leadership, culture, collaboration and communication. She started the company over two decades ago and works with legal and accounting professionals, associations, behavioral health, healthcare, corporations, government and non-profits providing a wide array of leadership, personal development, change management, board facilitation and team improvement services through a number of channels.
After earning her JD at University of Michigan, Anne worked at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, King & Spalding, and Miller & Chevalier before launching Arudia to fulfill her passion for helping others develop their personal, professional and business skills.
