This half-day program will focus on risks facing tax professionals and their companies. The speakers will explore the role of tax insurance in mitigating uncertainty and will outline the cybersecurity measures tax professionals should consider.

*The expanding availability of tax insurance for international, federal and state and local tax risks
* How companies may seek to procure tax insurance and examples of the types of risks that they may be able to mitigate
* The process insurers use to evaluate risk before deciding to issue a policy
* Risks surrounding data breaches, cyber-attacks, and cyber threats and ethical responsibilities and practical steps you can tax to safeguard them
