McDermott is an accredited CLE provider in CA, IL, and NY. We can issue reciprocal credit for attorneys licensed in CT, FL, and NJ. For jurisdictions not listed, attendees are provided with a Universal Certificate of Attendance. To be eligible to earn a certificate, you must attend the entire CLE activity. We will provide supplemental materials (e.g., timed agenda, course materials, presenter bios) for attendees who need to self-apply for credit.
CPE credit is pending. McDermott is a licensed CPE provider with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. A Multi-Jurisdiction Certificate of Attendance will be made available to participants requesting CPE credit in all other jurisdictions. To be eligible to earn a CPE certificate, you must attend the entire program. Credit for partial attendance will not be provided.
