In accordance with Article V, Section 2 of the By-Laws of Tax Executives Institute, the Institute's Nominating Committee met on October 28, 2024, and nominated the following individuals to serve as officers of TEI for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
 

On behalf of Tax Executives Institute’s (TEI) Board of Directors and Executive Committee, TEI is proud to announce that Sandhya Edupuganty assumed the role of TEI’s International President at TEI’s Annual Meeting of Members, effective August 8, 2023. Ms. Edupuganty’s term is for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, and she succeeds outgoing International President, Wayne Monfries.

In accordance with Article V, Section 2 of the By-Laws of Tax Executives Institute, the Institute’s Nominating Committee met on October 23, 2023, and nominated the following individuals to serve as officers of TEI for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.

In accordance with Article V, Section 2 of the By-Laws of Tax Executives Institute, the Institute's Nominating Committee met on October 17, 2016, to make nominations for individuals to serve as officers of TEI for the year 2017-2018. This letter constitutes the Nominating Committee's formal report, and a copy of it has been duly signed by a majority of the committee's members and that copy is now on file at the Institute's Washington office. In accordance with the By-Laws, the names of both the nominated individuals and the retiring officers are listed.
